Q： Where is the tray?
A： Please check whether the tray has been wedged into the side of the packaging or mixed with the box inserts.
Q： Why is the pump head not bouncing back properly?
A： Please press the pump several times to release internal air pressure. If needed, rinse the pump head with warm water and try again.

Q: Why is the dispenser not dispensing soap at first?
A: The pump may need to be primed. Please press it several times until the soap starts flowing.
Q: Why is the soap dispensing slowly?
A: Thick soap may affect dispensing performance. We recommend diluting the soap slightly with water.
